开放性手术治疗56例高危前列腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨开放性前列腺切除术治疗高危前列腺增生症的安全性和疗效。方法 :回顾性分析我院 1990～ 2 0 0 2年 5 40例开放性前列腺手术资料 ,其中 5 6例为高危前列腺增生症。结果 :经充分术前准备、手术技巧的熟练和改进、术中充分肯定的止血 ,手术顺利 ,出血少 ,疗效满意 ,未出现严重并发症。结论 :开放性前列腺切除术治疗高危前列腺患者 ,只要术前准备充分 ,手术处理仔细 ,术后重视 ,是一种安全的、并发症少、疗效确切的治疗选择。Objective:To study a safe and effective way to resect the prostate of patients at high risk by the resection-opened of prostate.Methods:The records of 540 cases with the beign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH) hospitalized during 1990～2002 were reviewed and analyzed.Among them:56 cases at high risk were operated on.Results:The surgical operation is smooth,and the volume of blood is a little,and the effect is satisfactory,and did not appear the seriuos complications.Conclusion:The resection-opened of prostate is one of the treatment for patients with BPH at high risk.
