摘　　要：本文针对我国深圳创业板迟迟未推出的现实 ,结合全球二板市场发展状况 ,通过对二板市场全面的比较分析 ,从中找到教训和得到启迪 。In view of the reality that the China GEM still can not be launched and the global Second Market developement,this article compares and analyzes some dominant Second Markets thoroughly then summarizes some lessons and gets some inspirations which can be references to the introduction of China GEM at proper time.
