摘　　要：加入世界贸易组织以后 ,根据承诺 ,我国金融业自加入起 5年后全面对外开放。加入WTO ,我国金融业既面临发展的机遇 ,同时又面临挑战。因此 ,应加快改革步伐 ,完善自我 。Now that our country has accomplished the entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), in accordance with the promises, China's financial industry will completely open to the outside world five years later. The entry into the WTO will bring to China's financial industry both opportunity and challenge and therefore it is essential to speed up the reforming to self perfect and to draw up specific countermeasures.
