摘　　要：总结上海交通大学图书馆八年来的电子文献采购经验 ,通过调查、酝酿、选题、试用、评估、决策过程 ,探讨文献的性价比和利用率在采购中的重要性 ,以及如何做好已订电子文献数据库的跟踪评估工作 ,切忌不顾价格高低、专业设置、读者多寡 ,盲目跟进。The author makes a general summary of the E-Resources acquisition experience of Shanghai Jiaotong University Library in the past eight years. Based on a process of surveys, repeated deliberations and consultations, selections, trial, evaluations and selections, it also discusses the importance of the ratio between resource price & property, and the ratio between utilization in the acquisition course. How to keep continuous tracks of the evaluation on all subscribed E-databases should be put into our considerations in order to avoid acting blindly,namely neglecting the price factors, discipline settings, users' needs and etc..
