摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对蒙古族高血压患者治疗效果的影响.方法:对153例蒙古族高血压患者采取护理干预、药物指导、心理干预、行为干预及相关知识的健康教育等护理措施进行观察与分析.结果:采取科学有效的护理干预方法,患者服药的依从性从52.6%上升到98.4%,对高血压相关知识的掌握程度从32.2%上升至87.9%.血压指标效果观察:显效52%,有效45%,无效3%,有效地控制因为血压骤升所致的心脑血管并发症的发生.结论:应用科学有效的护理干预方法,改变了蒙古族高血压患者的不良生活方式,治疗效果明显,生活质量提高,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To study the influence of nursing intervention on the treatment effect of Mongolian elderly hy-pertensive patients. Methods:153 cases of Mongolian elderly hypertensive patients were treated with nursing mea-sures such as nursing intervention, medicine instruction, psychological intervention, behavioral intervention, health education about related knowledge and so on, the results were analyzed. Results: Adopting scientific and effective nursing intervention method, the patients’medication compliance increased from 52.6%to 98.4%, the mastery of hy-pertension knowledge increased from 32.2%to 87.9%. The effect of blood pressure index:significant effect account-ed for 52%, effect accounted for 45%, no effect accounted for 3%, effectively controlled the cardiovascular complica-tions caused by blood pressure surge. Conclusion:Application of scientific and effective nursing intervention meth-od, can change the lifestyle of the Mongolian hypertensive patients, increase treatment effect, improve living quality, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
