成熟蓖麻茎秆水浸液对蓖麻种子发芽的影响

摘　　要：以哲蓖3号蓖麻种子为受体试验材料,通过双层纸间发芽试验,研究了通蓖5号蓖麻品种成熟风干茎秆水浸液对哲蓖3号蓖麻种子发芽的影响.结果表明:随着蓖麻茎秆水浸液浓度的增加,蓖麻种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数以及发芽种子主胚根长均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并且均高于对照,表现出有促进蓖麻种子萌发的作用.对侧根数和根鲜干重的影响也有相似的规律,各浓度处理≥10mm侧根数和根鲜干重均低于对照.‘Zhe bi 3’was used as the acceptor material in this research.we studyed the effect of aqueous extracts of mature dried stalks from‘tong bi 5’on acceptor materials through the germinating test between papers under con-trolled conditions indoors.The results showed that, with the concentration of aqueous extracts of castor stems increas-ing,there was a firstly rising and lately descending tendency on the germinability,germination rate,germination index, vigor index and main radicle length of germinated seeds.And these parameters were all higher than the matched group.It indicated that aqueous extracts of castor stems can promote seed germination.There was a similar law for the number of lateral roots and wet-and-dry weight of roots.Cured with each concentration,the number of lateral roots over 10mm and wet-and-dry weight of roots were all lower than contrasts.
