摘　　要：专家系统是人工智能领域中最广泛、最实用、最有成就的分支。该文首先分析了专家系统现有的理论和技术,然后采用自然语言问答的人机交互方式,搭建了一个中小型专家系统——《红楼梦人物关系问答系统》。实验结果表明,该系统人机交互便利,求解问题质量高,解释能力强,可维护性好。Expert System is the mo st widely used branch of AI.The paper analyzes current theory and technology of Expert System,then adopts the interactive method of natural language and puts u p“The QA System for Character Relations in HONGLOUMENG”.The result of the sys tem indicates that the knowledge of the system is maturity and the denote method is propriety.The quality of maintenance,efficiency and explanation ability of the system is high.
