摘　　要：结合高校教师业务考核实际需要,利用物元理论,建立了基于教师业务考核的关联函数和可拓评判的数学模型。实践印证,该数学模型反映了高校教师业务考核的内在规律,具有正确性。建立的基于Web模式的教师业务考核管理信息系统,具有良好的实用性。In this paper combining the reality demand of teacher's professional wo rk check in colleges and universi-ties,by using of Matter Element Analysis th eory,the writers have established a mathematical model based on Depent-ment f unction and an extension judgement for the teacher's professional work check,P ractice confirmed this mathemati-cal model reflected the internal pattern of te acher's professional work check in colleges and universities,It is proper.The established MIS of teacher's professional work check based on web mode has good practicality.
