林蛙油蛋白胰蛋白酶水解物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：用胰蛋白酶水解林蛙油蛋白,并制备不同浓度林蛙油蛋白胰蛋白酶水解物,通过小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖试验、巨噬细胞吞噬中性红试验和巨噬细胞体外释放NO试验,观测林蛙油蛋白胰蛋白酶水解物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能的影响。结果显示,不同浓度林蛙油蛋白胰蛋白酶水解物对脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞具有明显的免疫促进作用,当该水解物浓度大于100μg/m L时,对淋巴细胞增殖和巨噬细胞杀伤功能的促进效果极显著(P<0.001);当该水解物浓度大于200μg/m L时,对巨噬细胞释放NO的促进效果极显著(P<0.001)。该试验表明林蛙油蛋白的胰蛋白酶水解物可显著提高脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能(P<0.001),且随着浓度的增加,其作用效果增强。In order to investigate the effect of tryptic hydrolysates of oviductus ranae protein on splenic lymphocyte and macrophage immune function, the tryptic hydrolysates of oviductus ranae protein was prepared,and spleen lymphocyte proliferation test, neutral red uptake test and in vitro releasing test of NO were conducted. The results showed the lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage cytotoxicity were significantly enhanced when the concentration of hydrolysate was higher than 100μg/m L(P<0.001), and the release of NO in vitro of macrophage was significantly increased when the concentration of hydrolysate was higher than 200 μg/m L(P<0.001). It was indicated that tryptic hydrolysates of oviductus ranae protein was able to enhance the immune function of mice spleen lymphocyte and macrophage in a concentration-dependent manner.
