包头市某企业职工健康状况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对某企业职工健康体检数据的统计分析,得出企业内部多发疾病并分析疾病诱因和分布规律,进一步提高企业职工健康管理水平。方法:将该企业连续5年职工健康体检数据进行归纳统计和程序分析,采用matlab专业数学软件分析企业内部多发疾病随性别、年龄等因素的分布规律。结果:该企业员工整体血脂偏高情况比较严重,发病年龄从35岁延续到55岁,40~50岁是发病高峰期;男性员工胆囊息肉和脂肪肝的发病率明显高于我国平均水平,发病年龄主要集中在40~55岁之间,女性员工心电图异常较为严重,发病年龄主要集中在4050岁之间。结论:该企业员工健康状况受目前常见病危害较严重,健康状况较差,应加强体育锻炼,平衡营养膳食,增强保健意识。Objective:Statute and analyse the employees' s body check-up data of some enterprise,find the frequent illness of this enterprise,analyse the cause of these illness and distributing rules and improve the management of health.Methods:With the special programme and Matlab software analyse the data in five years,statute the illness distributing rules by sex and age.Results:The employee tend to have a high lipid,aged from35 to 55 years old,and the peak of the patients is between 40 to 5o years old.Male empioyees tend to have the gallbladder polyps and fatty liver illness,aged from 40 to 55 years old,and the risk is higer than average of our country.Female employees tend to have the abnormal ecg illness,aged from 40 to 50 years old.Conclusions:The employees' s health is serious damaged by common illness,they need more physics exercise,a health diet and care consciousness to improve the poor health.
