摘　　要：结合日本旭化成公司1万t/a离子膜法烧碱装置工艺流程,介绍控制系统的设计思想、构成及功能。在线计算离子膜的经济运行寿命和电流效率,进行模型参数辨识,实现SCC系统优化控制,使管控一体化。A control system that is imported from a Japanese company for preparation of caustic soda by ionic membrane process is introduced in this paper. In this system on-line model parameter identification and calculation of economic Iifetime and current efficiency proceed. In this way the SCC optimum control is realized and an organic whole of control and management is formed,
