摘　　要：目的 :总结在模拟定位下小切口 ,小隧道快速摘除深部异物的经验 ,方法 :对本院收治的1000例深部异物患者於模拟机定位下小切口 ,小隧道摘除机体深筋膜以下深部异物。结果 :1569枚深部异物均一次摘取成功 ,平均手术时间20min ,无并发症。结论 :模拟机定位摘除深部异物定位准确 ,手术简便快捷 。Objective:To make a summary on theapeutic experience in 1000 cases whose foreign bodies were positioned by a stimulator and extracted rapidly through little cuts and tunnels.Methods:To analyses the clinical data of the cases.Results:Of the 1000 cases,1569 deep foreign bodies were successfully taken out with one-pass operation,within an average time of 20 minutes and without any complication.Conclusion:The stimulator is a simple,rapid and accurate way in location.It is suitable for removal of deep foreign bodies.
