摘　　要：在城区建造多层框架房屋 ,当打桩噪音对环境有较大影响而不允许施工时 ,可采用锚杆静压桩和钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础的桩土共同工作方案。实践证明 ,采用该方案建筑物沉降均匀 ,节省桩 3 3 %。In construction of multi storied frame structure in city zone,the practice of anchored and jacked pile and single foundation under column is a better choice when construction is prohibitive because of effect to environment caused by constructing noise.Engineering practice shows that this method will bring about symmetric settlement to buildings as well as pile saving by 33%.
