摘  要:针对红旗露天矿存在的防排水问题,对如何进行露天矿防排水,进行了详细的论述。结合矿区水文地质条件,并对露天采区东部第四系孔隙潜水含水层的矿山涌水问题进行了深入地调查分析后,提出了解决这一实际问题的两类方案:“堵截方案”和“疏导方案”,通过对这两种方案的详细比较,认为“疏导方案”优于“堵截方案”。遵循矿山的发展规律及矿山生产实际,建议达产前期采用钻孔疏干方案,后期采用地下疏水盲沟防排系统。方案的确定和实施在减轻水对露天矿生产影响的同时,还将提高水的利用率,具有重大意义。Dwells on the problem how to resist and drain the water in Hongqi opencast coal mine. Considering the hydrogeological condition, the two projects are put forward after investigating and analyzing the water gushing problem of the 4th pore aquifer in the east mining area of Hongqi opencast coal mine, they are 揝temming Project?and 揇raining Project? After comparing these two projects detailedly, the better project of 揇raining Project?is decided. Conforming the law of the mine developing and the fact of production ,the suggestion is to apply the drill draining project in the prophase of reaching the expecting yield and to apply the resisting and draining water system of underground draining blind dyke. The applying of the project will lessen the affluence to the production, in the meantime ,it has the far-reaching significance to promote the usage of the water.
