摘　　要：针对心血管疾病的发病特点、以及国内普遍使用的心血管疾病检查仪器和手段的不完善,设计出有效的智能心电监护仪。本仪器可由病人在正常活动情况下长期携带,通过专用敏感元件,从人体连续取得心电信号送入监护仪的中央处理系统,通过与正常的心电信号比较,对心电数据实现实时检测、分析、有选择地记录,并具有重病报警等功能。为了降低功耗,减小重量和体积,采用了软件滤波,数据压缩存储等方法。该系统还可与上位机相联显示或打印出不正常的心电波形,供医务人员分析病情时参考。The intelligent instrument in monitoring electrocardiac-signals is designed based on analyzing the imperfection of the ways and instruments in checking cardiovascular disorder It is portable for the users and acquires electrocardiacsignals from human body continuously by the special sensitive element and then enters them into central possessor. It can achieve an immediate monitoring, analyzing and storing the electrocardiac-signals as well as giving a quick warning to those serious patient抯 conditions. In order to decline its power loss,volume and weight,the software filtering and the data compression are adopted. It can also be connected to the computer so as to show or print the abnormal electrocardiac signals stician抯 reference.
