摘　　要：本文主要针对 C5 4 E3C18B型彩色电视机时隐时现的蓝背景加以描述 ,并给出实际电路改进的方法。做为一种理论可以应用到其它彩色电视机中。This essay mainly focuses on the illustration of unstable blue background C54E3C18B color TV and the introduces the method of improving actual circuits,which can be applied to other kinds of color TV as a theory.
