摘　　要：中俄战略协作伙伴关系的建立和发展,是中俄双方积极努力的结果,是中俄两国共同作出的正确历史选择,符合两国人民的长远利益。中俄关系的内容在世纪之交的实践中取得丰硕成果并展现时代特点。要高度重视和切实解决中俄关系在发展中面临的问题和挑战,促使其能够长期稳定地向前发展。The establishment and development of Sino_Russian strategic cooperative companionship is the result of the both active efforts from both parties,the correct historic choice made by both countries,and suits the benefit of the people of the two countries in the long run.Fruitful achievements in Sino_Russian relation at the turn of the century take on the new features of the times.High attention should be paid to and solutions should be found for the problems and challenges in the development of Sion_Russian relation so as to make it run smoothly.
