摘　　要：玩忽职守犯罪是职务犯罪的一种。统计资料显示,在我国,每年因玩忽职守而造成的损失是惊人的。为了完善我国对玩忽职守犯罪的立法,本文就外国刑法关于玩忽职守罪的犯罪构成的立法规定进行比较研究。Crime of neglect of duty is one of crimes by taking advantage of duty. Statistical data show that the damage caused by crimes of dereliction is tremendous each year in our country. To,improve our country's legislation of dereliction's crime, the essay will study constitutive elements of the dereliction's crime by comparing the legislations of alien criminal with ours.
