摘  要:介绍了国外生产纯净钢的脱氧现状,比较了钡合金脱氧机理和脱氧能力及采用硅铝钡铁复合脱氧剂的综合冶炼效果。利用硅铝钡铁合金脱氧,能够改变夹杂物形态,提高钢材的机械性能及合格率,降低冶炼成本,有较高的经济效益和广泛的应用前景。The present status of deoxidization was introduced in producing clean steel. The deoxidization mechanics and ability with Ba bearing alloys were compared and the synthesized effect by using Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy was also investigated. The study indicates that deoxidation with Si-Al-Ba-Fe can Vhange inclusion shape, increase steel mechanical property and qualified rate of steel and decrease the cost of steelmaking. It has higher economic performance and widespread application.
