摘　　要：时频分析是近年发展起来的一种新的数学分析方法 ,该文首先分析了瑞雷波的频散特性和传统参数提取方法的缺陷 ,然后 ,利用时频分析的方法对实际资料进行了处理 ,结果表明 ,应用时频分析的方法可以极大的提高瑞雷波波速提取的稳定性和可靠性 。The time-frequency analysis is one of developed new mathamatical analyses recently. The paper analysed frequency dispersion features of the Rayleigh wave and the weakness of conventional parameter extraction firstly.And then by using the time-frequency analysis we processed the real data. It is showed that the stability and reliability of Rayleigh wave velocity extraction will greatly increased from the time-frequency analysis and as a result the accuracy of ground-soil layering in the geotechnical engineering investigation can be enhanced.
