摘  要:透射电镜研究表明 ,在豌豆根瘤侵染细胞发育过程中 ,造粉体的形态结构处在变化之中。在发育早期 ,造粉体较多 ,分布在细胞壁附近。它的基质很少 ,多含有呈长梭形的、电子密度非常低的淀粉粒 ,并有一些电子密度较高的条带结构。随着细胞的发育 ,造粉体逐渐移至胞间隙周围 ,不断变小 ,切面近似椭圆形或圆形。进一步发育时 ,造粉体中的淀粉粒越来越小 ,几乎都近似椭圆形或圆形。与此相反 ,造粉体基质明显增多 ,常含一些嗜锇颗粒 ,有时还有一种特殊的泡状结构。在衰老细胞中 ,造粉体很少 ,但不含淀粉粒的质体经常可见 ,在造粉体附近常有较多的线粒体和内质网。还讨论了豌豆根瘤侵染细胞中造粉体的变化规律及其与细胞发育和固氮的关系。Observation with transmission electron microscopy showed that the amyloplasts in infected cells of pea ( Pisum sativum cv. Zhangjiachuan) root nodules were in developmental changes. In early developmental stage the amyloplasts locating near cell walls were more, their matrix was very few and there only was stroma thylakoid. The amyloplast usually possessed a larger, very low electron density starch grain which mainly was long shuttle and there were some higher electron density partition or wedge structure in it. Companying cell development the amyloplasts gradually moved to the periphery of intercellular spaces and their starch grains changed smaller. It was not only so, but most of them also had changed into approximately ellipse and round. When they continuously developed the starch grains in amyloplasts were smaller and smaller, almost ellipse or round. On the contrary, the matrix of the amyloplasts obviously increased in number. There often were some osmiophilic globuli, and sometimes there also was a kind of vesicular inclusion in them. In senescant cells the amyloplasts were very few but the plastids without starch grains were always seen. This paper still discussed the rule of amyloplast changes in the infected cells of pea root nodules and its relation to the development and nitrogen fixation of infected cells.
