摘  要:数值模拟了偏心轮-挺杆副的热弹流润滑问题,给出了该问题的完全数值解.压力计算采用多重网格法,膜厚计算使用多重网格积分法,温度计算在两固体同向运动时采用单向逐列扫描,两固体反向运动时采用双向逐列扫描.分析了一个周期中8个典型瞬时的压力、膜厚和油膜中层温度变化情况.零卷吸工况下油膜曲线的凹陷现象验证了零卷吸速度的油膜存在压力和膜厚分布.讨论了不同椭圆比对润滑的影响,大椭圆比的点接触数值结果与线接触数值结果差别较大.Numerical simulation of thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of eccentric-tappet pair was studied and a completed numerical solution of the problem was achieved. Calculation of pressure was carried out by a multigrid technique,and film thickness was evaluated by the multilevel multi-integration method,while temperature was calculated by a single-direction sequential column sweeping process when the solids move in the same direction,while by the double-direction sequential column sweeping process when the solids move in the opposite direction. The eight typical instantaneous pressure,film thickness and symmetry and oil film on the surface of the middle temperature within a cycle were analyzed. Under zero entrainment condition,the oil film dimple phenomenon verifies the pressure and film thickness distribution with the zero entrainment velocity. The effect of different elliptical ratio was discussed.Large difference is presented between large oval ratio point contact than line contact.
