摘  要:在定容燃烧弹内,实现纯柴油与体积比为30%,的丁醇柴油燃料的喷雾燃烧,研究了燃烧火焰的基本特征,设计了定容弹内喷雾燃烧火焰中碳烟颗粒物直接采样台架,利用高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对这两种燃料燃烧生成的碳烟颗粒样本进行观测、统计和分析,研究掺混丁醇对喷雾火焰和碳烟生成的影响.研究结果表明:掺混丁醇延长了喷雾火焰的滞燃期,缩短了燃烧持续期,丁醇柴油混合燃料(B30)的碳烟数密度和质量明显小于纯柴油(B00),在柴油中掺混丁醇,能够抑制碳烟生成,降低碳烟排放,同时降低了碳烟的基本颗粒粒径和平均直径,使排放碳烟颗粒物更加细微化;B00与B30的碳烟基本颗粒内部结构以无序的不定形碳为主,表面晶化不明显.To study soot formation and oxidation mechanism and the influence of butanol blends,soot sampling in a single cylinder diesel emission gas and constant volume combustion chamber flame were conducted.Soot morphology and microstructure were also analyzed using a high resolution transmission electron microscope and subsequent image processing/data acquisition system.Soot particle project area,number distribution per unit area,particle diameter,primary particle internal structure and primary particle diameter were compared between diesel and butanol-diesel blends.Analysis reveals that butanol prolongs spray flame ignition delay,and decreases the combustion period.Soot number density and quality of 30%, butanol-diesel blend are significantly lower than that of diesel.Blending butanol can restrain the soot emission and refine soot particle size.Structure of both diesel and butanol-diesel tends to be unstructured amorphous carbon,with implicit graphene sheet structure.
