摘  要:针对柴油机掺烧H2-O2气体(布朗气)前后颗粒排放的变化情况,采用颗粒分级采样装置,对186,F柴油机标定工况下的排气颗粒进行采集.采用扫描电镜(SEM)对等效面积径以及颗粒形貌进行了分析.采用透射电镜(TEM)对颗粒的层面间距、颗粒微晶尺寸等微观结构进行分析,探讨了掺烧H2-O2气体前后颗粒微观结构的变化规律和H2-O2气体对颗粒的作用机理.结果表明:颗粒物的表面形貌主要呈团状、链状、枝状等状态分布;与原机相比,掺烧H2-O2气体后,颗粒多呈链状、枝状分布,颗粒表面的可溶性有机物减少,单位面积内的颗粒数量减少.掺烧H2-O2气体后,颗粒的平均等效面积径有明显降低,降低约71.9%,,颗粒粒径向小粒径方向移动;基本碳粒子层面间距有所增加,说明微晶碳层的面积增大,有利于颗粒氧化过程的进行;颗粒的微晶尺寸有所减小,弯曲度增大,表面微晶结构的有序性减弱.掺烧H2-O2前后颗粒分形维数分别为1.58和1.37,表明掺烧H2-O2气体后,使颗粒的结构紧密程度有所降低.To know the variation of particle emission for H2-O2 gas burning with diesel fuel,the particle classification sampling device was used to to collect the exhaust particles for the 186,F diesel engine under the rated condition.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to analyze the equivalent diameter area and morphology of particles.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to analyze the microscopic structure including the average fringe length and the fringe separation distance.The change routine of microstructure of particles blended with H2-O2 gas and function of H2-O2 gas to particles were discussed.Results showed that the surface of particles mainly demonstrates in states of cluster,chain and branch,compared with the original engine.When mixing with H2-O2 gas,particles demonstate in the state of chain and branch.Soluble organics of particles in surface and number of particles of per unit area are decreased,The average equivalent area of particles that blended with H2-O2 gas decreases by71.9%,.The particle size tends to the small size,and the thickness of basic carbon particle layer is increased,indicating that the size of micro-crystalline carbon layer is increased.This improves the oxidation process.The crystalline size of the particles is decreased and the bending degree is increased.The structure of the surface of microcrystalline is sequential weakening.With and without H2-O2 gas,the fractal dimensions of particles are 1.58 and1.37 respectively,indicating that blending with H2-O2 gas can decrease particle density to some extent.
