摘  要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,研究了17个苜蓿品种在人工接种和不接种病原尖孢镰刀菌的情况下过氧化物酶同工酶的变化,并探讨了同工酶与品种抗病性之间的相关性。结果表明:不论接菌与否,过氧化物同工酶的谱带数、最大迁移率以及同工酶活性在苜蓿品种幼苗根部均存在较大差异,且接菌处理后与对照间也存在明显不同;从同工酶的酶带数和最大迁移率来看,与品种对根和根颈腐烂病抗性间的相关性均未达到显著水平,而且在抗病品种和感病品种之间也没有规律性变化;但从同工酶活性的变化上分析发现,幼苗根部接菌后同工酶活性有降低的趋势。The relationship between POD isozymes and the resistance to crown and root rot of 17 alfalfa cultivars was analyzed by PAGE on the 3rd day after inoculation with the pathogens of Fusarium oxysporum. The result demonstrated that the numbers of band and rate of floating (Rf) were significant different among cultivars of alfalfa. Great deviation in band number and floating rate were also found among cultivars after inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum. But the pixel intensity was similar between inoculated seedling and uninoculated seedling. Statistical analysis indicated that bands and Rf of POD isozymes were not correlated with resistance to crown and root rot of alfalfa cultivars. The activity of POD isozymes analysis showed that the activity of the POD isozymes decreased in roots after inoculating with F.oxysporum..
