摘　　要：目的:研制鼻腔快速给药器,供大批神经性毒剂中毒伤员现场快速给药急救使用。方法:采用微型按压式鼻腔定量喷药技术及其医用塑料制品等,试制、组装成鼻腔快速给药器;参照国标国军标等试验方法进行性能、特点等观察。结果:给药器每支可装急救剂10ml,总重27g,能急救80名中毒伤员;每揿压1次定量喷药(0.100±0.006)ml,误差小于10%;每支喷出次数为(93.3±2.5)次,残留量为(0.565±0.104)ml;从拉开保险到实施喷药需(6.8±1.0)s,完成10例中毒者鼻腔给药需(32.2±8.1)s;给药成功率为98%;丙酮浸泡无影响,浸出液对小鼠无毒。结论:该给药器适于大批神经性毒剂中毒伤员现场快速给药急救和方便救援小分队及地铁、车站、码头等人员集中场所安全、稳定储备应急。In this paper,a kin d of nose-administration device(NAD)for the first aid of toxic casualties in th e fields is developed.The NAD is based on a special nose-spray technology and made up of medical plastic attachments.The characteristics of the NAD have bee n tested according to the national and military standards.Each NAD,weighted2 7g and contained10-ml drug solution,can be used treat80victims.One push of the button of the NAD leads to spraying out 0.100±0.006ml drug s olution with an error less than10%,and each NAD contains93.3±2.5time s of the above-mentioned volume with0.56±0.104ml remained.The oper ation of the NAD can be finished within6.8±1.0seconds,and10victims ca n be treated within32.2±8.1seconds with a successful rate of98%.Whe n marinated in the acetone,the NAD has no changes,and the steep shows atoxic to the rats.The NAD is a suitable device for the first aid of massive victims of nerve poison,and can be used as a potential device for the terrorisms in su ch places as undergrounds,railway stations and docks.
