摘 要:目的 探讨维生素D受体 (VDR)基因多态性与铅作业工人血压的关系。方法 选择 2 16名职业铅接触工人 ,测定血铅、尿铅、尿ALA、尿肌酐和测量血压。采用限制性片段长度多态 (RFLP)技术进行基因型分析。结果 VDR bb ,VDR Bb和VDR BB基因型的频率分别是 90 7% ,7 4 % ,1 8%。VDR Bb/BB基因型的血铅几何均数 (1 96 μmol/L)高于VDR bb基因型的血铅几何均数 (1 5 4 μmol/L) ,P <0 0 5。VDR Bb/BB基因型工人的血铅与收缩压呈剂量 -效应关系 ,回归系数为 5 3 195 (P =0 0 0 3) ,远大于不携带VDR B等位基因 (VDR bb基因型 )工人的回归系数 (b =5 5 12 ,P =0 2 37)。结论 VDR B等位基因可能与血铅水平和收缩压升高有关。Objective To explore the relationship of blood pressure with vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism among lead workers.Methods 216 occupationally lead exposed workers were selected.Blood lead level was measured.Urinary lead and aminolevulinic acid(ALA)level were measured and adjusted by urinary creatine.PCR RFLP method was used for genotyping.Results The frequencies of workers with bb,Bb,BB genotypes were 90 7%,7 4% and 1 8% respectively.Blood lead level among workers with VDR B allele was higher than that among VDR bb genotype, 1 96 μmol/L and 1 54 μmol/L respectively,P<0 05.Lead workers with VDR B allele had higher elevations in systolic blood pressure with increased blood lead level compared with those with VDR bb genotype.The linear regression coefficient was 53 195(P=0 003)for VDR Bb/BB group. Conclusions VDR B allele may relate to the elevation of blood lead and systolic blood pressure.
