硝基胍对作业工人健康的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究硝基胍对作业工人的健康影响 ,为制订卫生标准提供依据。方法　对某厂硝基胍生产车间进行了劳动卫生学调查 ,并对 5 5名硝基胍作业工人 (接触组 )和 4 0名不接触硝基胍的教师 (对照组 )进行了健康体检。结果　硝基胍作业现场监测结果显示 ,转晶、胶化、烘干、搓胍 4个作业点硝基胍浓度分别为 (0 15± 0 0 9) ,(3 12± 4 2 7) ,(4 95± 2 0 1) ,(5 6 3± 4 12 )mg/m3 。健康体检结果表明 ,搓胍组工人血清免疫球蛋白IgG含量明显比对照组高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,搓胍组和烘干组工人血清丙二醛含量明显比对照组高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　硝基胍对作业工人的健康有一定影响。Objective To explore health effects of nitroguanidine on exposed workers and provide criteria for health standard.Methods Occupational health investigation was carried out in nitroguanidine exposed workplace.55 exposed workers were selected as the exposure group and 40 unexposed teachers as the control group.Health examinations were done for the two groups.Results Occupational health investigation showed that the airborne concentrations at the processes of crystal conversion,colloidal conversion desiccation and comminute nitroguanidine were(0 15±0 09),(3 12±4 27),(4 95±2 01)and(5 63±4 12) mg/m 3 respectively.Health examination showed that compared with the control group,both IgG at comminute nitroguanidine(P<0 05) and MDA at comminute nitroguanidine and desiccation increased significantly(P<0 05).Conclusions Occupational exposure to nitroguanidine might have some effects on workers health.
