5-(2-羧基苯偶氮)罗丹宁的合成及其在荧光分析中应用的研究

摘　　要：参照文献合成了5-(2-羧基苯偶氮)罗丹宁(RACP)。元素分析,红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱鉴定确定了其结构。RACP 已用于痕量铜(Ⅱ)的荧光分光光度法测定。在 pH 5.6,RACP 与铜(Ⅱ)形成配合物,且在λ_(om)/λ_(cx)=400 nm/310 nm 产生强荧光。其荧光强度与铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在(0～48)×10^(-9)范围内呈线性关系,灵敏度达8×10^(-2)。测定了肉食和蔬菜中的痕量铜,结果满意。In this paper,the methods of synthesis of deivatives of benzenazorhodanine are reported. The product has been checked by elemental analysis,IR,NMR and MS.5-(2-Carboxybenzenazo)-rhodanine has been applied to fluorospectropho-tometric determination of micro amounts ofcopper(Ⅱ).This reagent reacts with copper(Ⅱ)inpH 5.6 medium and shows an intense fluorescenceat λ_((?)m)/λ_((?)x)=400nm/310nm.The fluorescence inten-sity is proportional to copper(Ⅱ)concentrationin the range of(0～48)×10^(-(?))with a sensitivityof 8×10^(-(?)).The method has been applied to thedetermination of trace copper in meat and veget-ables with satisfactory results.
