摘　　要：目的 :研究瓜蒌薤白白酒汤药效作用的物质基础。方法 :在药理活性指导下利用各种化学和色谱手段对复方进行追踪分离 ,利用化学及波谱手段鉴定化学结构。结果 :从活性部位中分离得到 4个黄酮类化合物。结论 :化合物 1～ 3为首次从组成该复方单味中药中首次分离得到。化合物Objective: To observe the substance basis of actions of Gualou xiebai baijiutang . Method: Guided by bioactivities, the prescription was isolated and purified by chemical and chromatographic methods, and the structures were identified by chemical and spectral methods. Result: 4 compounds were isolated from active parts. Conclusion: 3 compounds were isolated for the first time from Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon . Compound 1 had a good activity against platelet aggregation.
