摘　　要：本文通过对建立开放式的竞争平台、推广定单式的林业和推行行业技术标准的研究,旨在引入一种新的林业管理模式,加速福建林业的改革步伐,实现林业跨越式发展的目标。This paper,based on the study of building a competitive flat,extending a forestry order for woods and pushing industry technical standard,aim to introduce a new model of forestry management,accelerate the reformatory step of Fujian forestry,realize the target developing forestry by leaps and bounds.
