摘　　要：报道了6种5-碘-8-喹啉偶氮新试剂的合成、提纯与鉴定。特别对5-碘-8-喹啉偶氮 H 酸(IQAH)的性质及其与金属离子显色反应的光度特性作了研究,其配合物的ε_(678nm)^(Co)为1.4×10~5。This paper presents the synthesis,purificationand identification of six iodoquinolylazo com-pounds.The properties of 5-iodo-8-quinolylazoH acid(IQAH)and its reaction with metallicions have been studied in detail.A novel method of determination of cobaltby utilizing the spectrophotometric system ofIQAH-Co(Ⅱ)is described.The experimentsdemonstrated that satisfactory results could beobtained by this method.
