摘 要:目的 观察血液稀释对全髋置换术患者血液流学变的影响。方法 26例全麻全髋置换术患者,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组为血液稀释组。Ⅱ组在诱导前采集自体血400~800ml,同时输注平衡血液,使血液达到中度稀释状态。结果 两组血液流变学有显著性差异,Ⅱ组的全血 粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积和血浆蛋白纤维蛋白原均较Ⅰ组为低。结论 中度血液稀释有助于预防术中血栓形成与栓塞。Objective To study the effects of hemodilution on haemortheology in patients undergoing total hip replacement with general anesthesia. Methods 26 patients scheduled for elective total hip replacement were randomly divided into general anesthesia group as contol group ( Ⅰ )and hemodilution plus general anesthesia group (Ⅱ).400-800 ml of patient's Wood was collected via internal jugular vein as to underlie the middle degree of hemodilution before induction of anaesthesia in Group Ⅱ . The blood viscocity,plasma viscocity,Hc,t and concentration fibrinogen were measured before and after hemodilution in both groups. Results The blood viscocity,plasma viscocity,Hct and fibrinogen concentration in group Ⅱ were lower than thos in group I during operation. Conclusion Hemodilution with middle degree seems helpful in preventing the deep venous thrombosis during total hip replacement.
