摘　　要：目的 观察血压正常的2型糖尿病患者动态血压变化及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 对30例初发、正常血压2型糖尿病患者和20名体检健康者进行24h动态血压监测并测定空腹血糖、胰岛素水平。 结果糖尿病组的24h平均动脉压、24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压及其HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数均较对照组高 ,糖尿病组的24h平均动脉压、24h平均舒张压与其HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数相关。结论 初发、正常血压2型糖尿病患者存在24h平均血压的增高 ,胰岛素抵抗可能是其增高的原因。Objective To observe the changes of ambulatory blood pressure and to investigate the rela-tionship between insulin resistance and ambulatory blood pressure in primary normotensive type2diabetic pa-tients.Methods Ambulatory blood pressure was monitored in30primary normotensive type2diabetic patients(without microvascular complication)and20health controls.Fasting blood glucose and insulin were also deter-mined in both groups.Results Increased levels of24hMAP,24hSBP,24hDBP and HOMA insulin resistance index were found and HOMA insulin resistance index was correlated to24hMBP or24hDBP in diabetic group.Conclusion In primary normotensive type2diabetic patients,24hours average blood pressure rises and insulin resistance may be involved in its pathogenesis.
