摘　　要：从气门电热镦粗的生产出发 ,分析了电镦机的工作原理 ,设计了智能控制系统的硬件和软件 ,提出了电热镦粗产品缺陷消除专家系统和温度控制的模糊专家系统。试运行表明 ,该系统设计合理 ,可靠性高 ,大大减少了气门电镦生产的废品率 ,提高了产品质量。Based on the production of valve electronic upsetting machine, this paper analyses the working theory of valve upsetting machine, designs the hardware circuit and software program of the intelligent control system, puts forward a defect removing experts system and temperature control fuzzy experts system? Practical result shows,the designing project is reasonable,with high reliability, which improves the quality of upsetting production and reduces the rejected rate of upsetting production
