摘　　要：报道了新型化学发光免疫分析试剂——AEP-MAC 的合成。产物经熔点、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析等确证与结构一致。Reported in this paper is the synthesis of anew chemiluminescent immunoassay reagent——4-(2-aminoethyl)phenyl-10-methylacidinium-9-carboxylate bromide(AEP-MAC),which with anamino group can be used in the chemiluminescentimmunoassay of materials with a carboxy oractive ester group.The elementary analysis re-sults,the infrared and mass spectra are consistentwith the structure.
