摘  要:目的研制一种可溶性血管内支架辅助血管断端吻合,并对该支架的理化性质从超微结构方面与其他支架进行比较分析。方法选用高纯度低分子量明胶 ,以及可溶性无机盐为主要材料制备成不同规格的柱状支架 ,通过实体显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察支架的大体和超微结构进行比较分析。结果由于明胶类可溶性血管内支架超微结构上的独特结构使其具有光滑、坚挺、速溶等特性。Objective We had developed a new soluble intravascular anastomotic stent made of Gelatin as a supplementary instruments of anastomosis,and studied their microstructure compared with other stents. Methods The analytical pure and low molecular gelatin were dissolved in a hot water bath, both inorganic salts and blowing agent were mixed together, then the stent was made by spinning machine. In this part, we investigated the structure of all kinds of stents and the stents were evaluated macroscopically and using light and scanning electron microscopy. Results Because of the microstructure, our stent's strength was big enough to complete anastomosis whole course, the biocompatibility of the stent was nice, and with some specific property: having a smooth surface, quik-dissolution and et al. Conclusion Our stent was very suitable for vascular anastomoses.
