东莨菪碱脱毒治疗对海洛因依赖者血清瘦素水平、营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察东莨菪碱脱毒治疗对海洛因依赖者的营养状态与血清瘦素水平的影响。方法:用ELISA方法检测血清瘦素水平,采用三头肌皮皱厚度等指标评价营养状态。结果:海洛因依赖组的三头肌皮皱厚度(脱毒前9.99mm±s0.91mm;脱毒后9.96mm±s1.04mm)比正常对照组明显减少(10.89mm±s0.79mm,P<0.05)。脱毒治疗6d后,海洛因依赖组的血清瘦素水平(脱毒后,1.70ng·ml^(-1)±s0.92ng·ml^(-1))明显下降(脱毒前,4.22ng·ml^(-1)±S2.58ng·ml^(-1),P<0.01)。结论:用东莨菪碱脱毒治疗可降低海洛因依赖者的血清瘦素水平。Objective: To assess the effect of scopolamine on the nutritional state and leptin concentration in serum of heroin addicts. Methods: The leptin concentration in serum was measured by ELISA and body mass index (BMI), triceps skin - fold tinckness (TSF) , mid - upper arm circumference (MAC ) , serum albumin (ALB) as well as total lymphocytes count (LYM) were determined in 38 heroin addicts and 12 healthy subjects as control. Results : The TSF of heroin addicts (before detoxification, 9.99 mm + .s 0.91 mm; after detoxification, 9. % mm + s 1.04 mm) was significantly lower than that of the control (10.89 mm + 5 0.79 mm), P<0.05. The leptin concentration in serum of heroin addicts (before treatment, 4.22 ng ml-1 + s 2.58 ng ml-1) decreased dramatically after being treated with scopolamine for 6 days (l .70 ng ml-1 + s 0.92 ng ml-1),P<0.01. Conclusion: Detoxification by scopolamine might decrease the leptin concentration in serum of heroin addicts.
