摘 要:利用电化学方法制备高氯酸石墨层间化合物(HClO_4—GIC),记录了不同电流下石墨的电位随时间的变化曲线(简称电位曲线)和电位曲线上两特征点的X射线衍射和拉曼谱图。对电位曲线随电流的变化的分析表明:电流增加时,电位曲线形状不变,出现台阶时状态的电位基本上不变,但出现台阶时状态的x值增加。X射线衍射和拉曼散射的研究结果表明:当电流较小时,样品表面和内部的阶次一致,而电流较大时,表面和体内的阶次状态有差别。上述结果表明电流较大将引起插层的不均匀。HClO_4-graphite intercalation compounds (HClO_4-GIC) were prepared by electrochemical method. The variation of the potential of graphite with time was recorded at different reaction currents and stage characterisation of HClO_4-GIC was studied by the means of X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering. Two plateaus appeared in the potential curve and x(C_xClO_4^-(HClO_4)_y) corresponding to the appearance of the plateaus increased with the reaction current while V was unchanged. The results of X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering showed stage in bulk was consistent with that in surface (1000 depth) of HClO_4-GIC at lower reaction current. When current became higher, stage was different between the bulkd the surface of sample. Above results showed the intercalating was not homogeneous at higher reaction current.
