摘 要:利用热模拟实验机对Ti 1100/0.1Y高温钛合金在温度990~1100℃,变形速率在0 001~10s-1范围内进行等温热压缩实验,观察变形后的显微组织,并根据动力学材料模型绘制出热加工图·结果表明:温度变化不改变σ ε曲线特征,但在 ε=10s-1时,出现流变不稳定性; ε=0.1~1s-1时,组织发生β相再结晶; ε=0 001~0 01s-1时,出现动态回复·综合考虑可热加工性和组织细化因素,温度在990~1020℃,变形速率在0 01~1s-1范围是良性热加工区域·Hot deformation behaviours of Ti-1100 alloy adding 01% (mass) ytrrium were st udied by thermalsimulator in the temperature range 990~1?100?℃ and strain ra te range 0001~10?s-1. The deformation map during hot working and good processing performance field are established. The microstructures were observed by optical microscope. The experimental results indicate that the variation of d eformation temperature doesn't change the characteristics of true stress- strai n curves but the variation of strain rate has crucial effect on the deformation map. The instable flow happens at strain rate 10?s-1,β phase dynamic recrystallization at 0.1~1?s-1 and dynamic recovery at 0001~001?s -1. Considering workability and microstructure refining, the optimum condi tions for Ti-1100/01Y alloy hot deformation are found out in the temperature range 990~1?020?℃ and strain rate range 001~1?s-1.
