摘　　要：目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)相关肺动脉高压患者外周血中4个半LIM结构域蛋白1(FHL1)、Talin1、αVβ1、Cyclin-D1的表达情况,初步探讨FHL1在COPD相关肺动脉高压发生中的可能作用。方法分别采集40例COPD相关肺动脉高压患者和40例正常者的空腹肘部静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测其血清中FHL1、踝蛋白1(Talin1)、整合素αVβ1、细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin-D1)四个因子的表达情况。结果 FHL1、Talin1、αVβ1、Cyclin-D1在肺动脉高压患者组中的光密度值分别为0.089±0.029、0.113±0.035、0.181±0.054、0.031±0.013,均明显低于正常对照组中0.133±0.031、0.212±0.044、0.251±0.051、0.071±0.026的光密度值(P<0.05)。结论 FHL1、Talin1、αVβ1、Cyclin-D1在低氧的COPD引起的肺动脉高压患者外周血中表达显著下降,可能与肺动脉高压的发生有一定的关系。Objective To investigate the expression of serum FHL1 in patients with COPD induced pulmonary hypertension and to discuss the possible roles of FHL1 in the occurrence of pulmonary hypertension. Methods The venous blood from the elbow of 40 patients with COPD induced pulmonary hypertension and from the 40 health patients were collected. The serum level of FHL1,Talin1,αVβ1and Cyclin-D1 were measured by ELISA. Results The optical density values of FHL1,Talin1,αVβ1 and Cyclin-D1 in patients withpulmonary hypertension group were 0. 089 ± 0. 029,0. 113 ± 0. 035,0. 181 ± 0. 054 and 0. 031 ± 0. 013,which were significantly lower than that of the normal control group: 0. 133 ± 0. 031,0. 212 ± 0. 044,0. 251 ± 0. 051 and 0. 071 ± 0. 026,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The expression of FHL1 has a significant reduction in the patients with COPD induced pulmonary hypertension than that of the normal control group,and this change indicates that FHL1 together with the other three factors may be associated with the formation of COPD induced hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
