摘 要:目的研究宁夏汉族人群中载脂蛋白A5基因(Apo A5)-1131T>C多态性与冠心病(CHD)的发病风险是否存在相关性。方法检测130例CHD患者和118例健康人群的Apo A5-1131T>C的多态性基因型(TT、TC、CC)和等位基因(T、C)的分布,初步得出宁夏汉族人群Apo A5-1 131 T>C基因多态性与血脂及冠心病的关系。结果对照组与冠心病组甘油三酯与血糖比较,冠心病组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。2组间3种基因型频率(TT、TC、CC)在冠心病组与对照组的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且表达C纯合子可能是引起血脂升高的主要因素。结论 Apo A5-1131T>C(SNP3)多态性与冠心病的发病风险存在相关性。Objective To study the correlation between apolipoprotein A5( Apo A5)- 1131- T/C gene polymorphism and the susceptible of coronary heart disease( CHD) in Ningxia. Methods The polymerase chain reaction( PCR- RFLP) method was used to detect( Apo A5)- 1131- T / C polymorphism genotype( TT,TC and CC) and the distribution of allele( T and C) in 130 cases of CHD patients and 118 cases of healthy people. Results The triglycerides and blood glucose of the coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Three kinds of genotype frequencies between the two groups( TT,TC and CC) were obvious different regarding to the distribution of the coronary heart disease group and control group( P < 0. 05),and the homozygous C might be the main factor causing elevated blood lipids. Conclusion There are relationship between apolipoprotein( Apo A5)- 1131- T / C( SNP3) polymorphisms and the risk of coronary heart disease.
