摘　　要：目的 :介绍《昆明山海棠男性抗生育药研究》中具体实施的动物实验方法 ,探讨一种适宜的抗生育药物筛选方法。方法 :动物实验采用大鼠经口灌胃和睾丸白膜下注射法 (单体化合物 )。结果 :在实验方法稳定的基础上 ,相继完成了昆明山海棠提取物TH5等 12个混合物及 14个单体化合物共 14批雄性大鼠 4 0个样品次的抗生育活性筛选的实验 ,动物实验结果证明 :昆明山海棠提取物TH5始终具有良好的抗生育活性。结论 :动物实验中所应用的两种给药方法 ,即大鼠经口灌胃和睾丸白膜下注射法 (单体化合物 )是《昆明山海棠男性抗生育药研究》中一种成功的活性筛选方法。Objective: To introduce an experimental method used in the study of Male Antifertility medicine of Tripterygium Hypoglaucum(Level.) Hutch, and explore an appropriate screening method for antifertility medicine. Method: Oral administration and subalbuginea testis injection (mono-compound) in male rats. Result: On the basis of stable experimental method, 14 groups altogether 40 male rats were used as the samples for the screening test for the antifertility activity of 12 mixture isolated from the ethanol extract(Th5)of Tripterygium Hypoglaucum(Level.). Conclusion: The result shows that the screening test by means of this two methods, which are oral administration and subalbuginea testis injection bear man advantages for the study.
