金钱胆通口服液和金胆片治疗胆石症疗效对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金钱胆通口服液与金胆片治疗胆石症的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机盲法将150例胆石症患者分为金钱胆通口服液治疗组(98例)与金胆片对照组(52例)进行对照观察。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗胆石症:基本痊愈率为12.25％及3.85％;显效率为25.51％及15.39％;有效率为52.04％及36.54％;总有效率为89.79％及55.77％。两组中医湿热证临床痊愈率为23.47％及13.46％;显效率为31.63％及15.39％;有效率为39.80％及32.70％;总有效率为94.89％及61.54％。两组比较差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论:金钱胆通口服液具有清热利湿、疏通肝胆、止痛排石之功效,适用于湿热引起的胆石症患者,其疗效优于金胆片。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and security of Jinqian Dantong oral liquid (JDOL) and Jindan tablet (JT) in the treatment of cholelithiasis. Methods: One hundred and fifty patients with cholelithiasis were divided into 2 groups randomly and blindly. Ninety-eight cases in the treatment group were treated with JDOL and Fifty-two cases in the control group were treated with JT. Results: The comprehensive effect of the treatment group and the control group in treating cholelithiasis was as following; The basic cure rate was 12. 25 % and 3. 85 % respectively, the markedly effective rate was 25. 51 % and 15. 39 % respectively, the effective rate was 52. 04 % and 36. 54 % respectively, the total effective rate was 89. 79 % and 55. 77 % respectively, The effect in the two groups of TCM dampness-heat syndrome was as following; the clinical cure rate was 23. 47 % and 13. 46 % respectively, the markedly effective rate was 31. 63 % and 15. 39 % respectively, the effective rate was 39. 80 % and 32. 70 % respectively; the total effective rate was 94. 89 % and 61. 54 % respectively. The statistics results showed significant difference between the two groups ( P <0. 01). Conclusion: JDOL had efficacy of clearing heat and dispersing dampness, soothing the liver and normalizing the function of the gallbladder, relieving pain and excreting stones. It was suitable for the patients with cholelithiasis caused by dampness-heat. Its effect was better than that of JT.
