摘　　要：采用不同的添加剂复合形式,对刚玉瓷在不同烧成气氛下进行晶粒细化及结构致密化研究。对实验结果进行了XRD、SEM及OM分析,对晶体的长大控制及部分添加剂的作用机理进行了分析探讨。获得了以注浆法成型,高温烧结法合成的高性能刚玉瓷结构。结果显示,在此传统工艺条件下,添加剂的种类、复合方式及其用量对瓷结构有重大的影响。The effect of additives on microstructure of corundumbased ceramics in different atmosphere is studied.The means of controlling grain growth is discussed in some detail as well as the effect mechanism of additive elements.The products,cast in a mold and sintered at hightemperature,pressureless,are investigated by means of XRD,SEM and so on.The result indicates that the finegrained and dense microstructure of corundumbased ceramics with high mechanical properties could be obtained by adding compound additives is usual process.But it depends on the ways.
