农运会后高校体育场馆资源社会共享机制建设面临的主要问题及对策分析

摘　　要：资源社会共享机制是破解农运会后合理利用高校体育场馆资源和发挥高校体育场馆健身功能与社会育人功能的重要运行机制。文章结合当前我国高校体育场馆管理及运营的实际,从管理体制机制、管理服务意识、人才建设、管理内容、管理时间、校园安全等六个方面,指出构建我国高校体育场馆资源社会共享机制所面临的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。A well- developed sharing protocol is an important system in utilizing high school stadium and gymnasium effectively and taking advantage of its health- building and education functions after the Rural Sports Meet. This thesis analyses the management system,the service and communication skill,the talent cultivation,the content of management,the occasion of management and the campus safety according to our present situation of the high school stadium and gymnasium management. And then this thesis presents some problems on the sharing protocols of high school stadium and gymnasium and gives the answer to this item.
