推拿手法结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究推拿手法结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取2013年1月至2013年12月期间,南阳理工学院附属医院中医骨伤科收治的56例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组患者运用针刺疗法,观察组患者在对照组针刺治疗基础上加用推拿手法,比较两组疗效及各项指标的评分,探讨中医针刺联合手法治疗方案的临床应用价值。结果:治疗后,两组患者的症状均得到改善,但治疗组的各项症状(眩晕、头痛、颈肩痛、旋颈试验、日常生活及工作和心理及社会适应等)评分均优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率(83.87%)与治愈率(12.90%)均低于观察组的总有效率(96.77%)与治愈率(35.48%),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。Objective: To study massage technique and acupuncture combined with cervical vertebral artery disease Acupuncture.Methods: Select patients from January 2013 to December 2013,and the patients were diagnosed and treated vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis 56 cases for the study will be divided into a control group and the observation group,28 cases in each group. The control group of patients using acupuncture therapy,patients were observed in the control group therapy based on the use of acupuncture manipulation,comparing the two groups,and each index score,investigate the clinical value of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment program manipulation. Results: After treatment,the symptoms were improved in both groups of patients,but the treatment group of the symptom scores than the control group( Dizziness、Headache、Neck pain、Neck rotation test、Daily life and work、Psychological and social adaptation),the difference was statistically significant; The total efficiency of the control group( 83. 87%)and the cure rate(12. 90%) were lower than in the observation group total efficiency(96. 77%) and the cure rate(35. 48%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with manipulation treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis are significant clinical effect,and are worthing of further application.
