摘　　要：在分析WebGIS安全威胁的基础上 ,按照PDR(Protection ,DetectionandResponse)模型 ,提出了具有安全防护、入侵监测。Web GIS(Web Graphical Information System) is a certain trend of GIS development and its security must be solved. The endangerment is analysed and the security framework on Web GIS is given according to the model of PDR(Protection, Detection and Response).The security framework can actualize the safeguard,inbreaking inspection,attacking reactivity,and accident restoring.
