摘 要:微张力控制是棒材连轧的关键技术 ,对其控制的好坏是整个工程成功的关键之一。结合工程实践并通过计算机模型仿真找出了棒材连轧粗中轧机之间张力相互影响的关系。张力系统是一个耦合的系统 ,不同机架间的张力是可以相互干扰和影响的。相邻两机架间轧件的张力不仅受这两架轧机级联系数的影响 ,还受到前后机架张力的相互影响 ,即越近的机架对其影响越大 ,越远的机架对其影响越小。提出了消除张力相互影响的方法 ,即做微张力时必须先上游后下游 ,微张力的积分时间上游机架快、下游慢的原则 ,并防止对某一机架单独做微张力。Minimum Tension Control(MTC)is the key technique in rod bar or wire tandem rolling.The relations betweenof tension among different stands in rough and intermediate rollings are found out by practice and simulations.Tension system is a coupling system,in which tensions among stands can affect each other.The tension between two stands is not only affected by coefficient of cascade but also affected by tensions of other stands,this affection is determined by distance,the nearer the stronger.The methods to this problem are presented,starting MTC must be from upstream to downstream and integral of MTC controller in upstream should fast than in upstream,and MTC should be taken in continuous state not single stand.The application by these methods have solved their regular piled billet.
