摘 要:漳平电厂汽轮机保护系统原由继电器实现 ,具有系统复杂、继电器数量多、维护量大、经常发生保护误动或拒动、电源安全等级不高、控制系统设备型号多样、各子系统各自独立等缺陷。为将各控制子系统连网和整合 ,使用可编程控制器、组态软件对该电厂的汽机保护控制系统进行优化配置和软件开发 ,增加了上位机监控、操作和报警功能。该保护控制系统具有保证系统安全 ,提高系统在线组态能力 ,能提供网络服务平台 ,便于技术改造等优点 。The turbine protective system in Zhangping Power Plant was originally provided with relays, which had some defects, like complex system, too many numbers of relays, great maintenance work, frequent protection malfunction or operation rejection, low grade of power safety, diversity of equipment models for control system and independence of each subsystem, etc.. In order to realize the network connection and integration of the all control subsystems the programmable controller and configuration software are used to optimize the disposition of the turbine protective system and develop the software. The functions of monitor at upper level, operation and alarm are added. Therefore, the protective system has been successfully used in the plant, which is capable to guarantee the system safety, increase the on-line configuration capability of the system, offer network service platform and convenient for technical reform.
